Our project seeks to understand and visualise patients’ diverse experiences of Long Covid.
Our research questions include:
1) How do people experience Long Covid and how do these experiences differ depending, for example, on gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexuality or socioeconomic background?
2) In what ways are these experiences related to multimorbidities such as stress, mental health problems, changes in quality of life or capacity to work?
3) How have the patients adjusted to their new way of life and how has this changed their identity and the way they view themselves?
4) How can arts-based methods such as body mapping help people to communicate their experiences to family, friends, and health professionals?
